Mark’s The Spot is pleased to provide his client’s hand-made, farm fresh, locally sourced, mostly organic food served fresh in only biodegradable and earth friendly packaging.
Mark is a Kiwi, Trained Chef, and Owner of Mark’s The Spot Food Tuck: a fine food truck and catering company based out of Napa Valley. Mark’s cooking has taken him all over the world, from New Zealand to Australia, Spain, London, and eventually landed him in Sonoma where he was an opening chef at the famous Roxanne’s Living Foods restaurant located in Larkspur. After a five year stint working every job imaginable in the wine industry among various family wineries, Mark’s passion and talent came calling. But as a new father, Mark wasn’t looking forward to the demanding hours and grind required from a fine dining restaurant. So, Mark’s The Spot was born! Mark’s fine food truck serves breakfast and lunch, caters weddings and special events, and is home in time for dinner!
All food is local, sustainable, mostly organic, prepared slow, and served fast! Wedding and Special Event Catering pricing starts at just $15/ person.
